Cheers WC 2026 Fantasy ("the Game", "we", "us") is a free fantasy football game played at cheers.ltd, operated by CHEERS (Reg. No. 1337228), Hyderabad, India. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

• Game data on your device: your team name, squad selections, captain, chips and settings are stored locally in your browser (local storage) so your team persists between visits.
• Account details (optional): if you choose to log in or sign up to save your team, we process the email address or sign-in identifier you provide, solely to identify your account and your leagues.
• Analytics & cookies: with your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and associated analytics to understand how the Game is used and to improve it. You can decline via the cookie banner.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested) used to operate and secure the site.
• We do not collect payment information because the Game is free and has no purchases or payouts.

3. How we use information

• To run the game — save your squad, calculate points, and show leagues and rankings.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service, including analytics where you have consented.
• To communicate service updates if you have an account.

4. Cookies, analytics & consent

We use your browser's local storage to keep your team and preferences on your device. We load analytics (via Google Tag Manager) only after you select "Accept" on our cookie banner; choosing "Decline" means analytics cookies are not loaded.
