We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

The core game on cheers.ltd is free to play. Optionally, signed-in users may enter Cash Arena contests with real-money entry fees and prizes. Cash Arena is operated through your unified Cheers account and central wallet on cheers.st, whose terms also apply. Cash contests are restricted to users aged 18 or over and to jurisdictions where games of skill with entry fees are lawful; you are responsible for confirming legality where you live. Entry fees are deducted from, and winnings credited to, your Cheers wallet; a platform fee applies to prize pools. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively on cheers.st. Contests may include automated (bot) participants for liquidity; bots are excluded from prize payouts. Play responsibly.
